After-sales and Warranty Policy
1. Return Policy
Request a Return:
Headphones, players, cables (within 7 days of receipt), can be returned if they meet one of the following conditions:
- The product’s outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and manuals are complete, with no human damage, not activated or used, and do not affect resale;
- A non-human caused performance fault is found in the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a customer’s return request in the following situations:
- A return request is made after the specified return period from the day after receipt;
- The return item is incomplete, with packaging, accessories, gifts, or manuals missing or damaged due to human causes;
- Unable to provide a valid purchase receipt or document, or if the document is forged or altered;
- Damage caused by collisions, burns, and unauthorized modifications, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, or improper use and operation not according to the manual;
- Tearing or altering labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, or anti-counterfeit marks;
- Damage caused by unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents, etc.;
- After confirming return service with GothamProAudio on any platform, the item is not sent out within the specified time on the respective platform;
- Other situations described in the policy.
Refund Time
- If the order has not been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 business day;
- If the order has been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 to 2 business days.
Return Shipping Fee
- For returns due to reasons other than product performance faults, the customer must bear the return shipping fee.
2. Exchange Policy
Request an Exchange:
Headphones, players, cables (within 7 days of receipt), can be exchanged if they meet one of the following conditions:
- The product has significant discrepancies in one or more important aspects from the original product description;
- A non-human caused performance fault is found in the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a customer’s exchange request in the following situations:
- An exchange request is made after the specified exchange period from the day after receipt;
- Unable to provide a valid purchase receipt or document, or if the document is forged or altered;
- The exchange item is incomplete or damaged due to human causes;
- No quality issues found after inspection by GothamProAudio and brand technical support;
- Damage caused by collisions, burns, unauthorized modifications, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, or improper use and operation not according to the manual;
- Tearing or altering labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, or anti-counterfeit marks;
- Damage caused by unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents, etc.;
- After confirming exchange service with GothamProAudio, the item is not sent out within the specified time on the respective platform;
- Exchange requests due to shipping damage without providing proof of damage from the shipping company;
- Peripheral products do not support exchange service. If an exchange is needed, please return and repurchase;
- Other situations described in the policy.
Exchange Guide
Exchange Shipping Fee
- For exchanges due to product performance faults, GothamProAudio will cover the round-trip shipping fee. If not supported by the technical department, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping fee, including return.
3. Repair Service
Warranty Service
- If a product experiences a performance fault within the valid warranty period, you can apply for warranty service. Warranty periods for different brands can be inquired with customer service on each platform.
Free warranty service must meet the following conditions:
- The product is used normally within the specified warranty period and experiences a non-human caused performance fault;
- No unauthorized disassembly, no modifications or additions not guided by the official manual, and other non-human caused faults;
- Provide valid proof of purchase, documents, and order number.
The following situations are not covered by free warranty service:
- Accidents caused by human factors, not related to product quality, such as collisions or burns;
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or opening not guided by the official manual;
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, and operation not according to the manual;
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair of parts without official guidance;
- Damage caused by improper circuit modifications or mismatched use of battery packs or chargers not guided by the official manual;
- Damage caused by not following the product manual;
- Damage caused by operating in harsh environments, such as strong winds, rainy days, or sandstorms;
- Damage caused by reliability and compatibility issues when used with third-party components;
- After confirming warranty service with GothamProAudio, the item is not sent out within the specified time on the respective platform.
